Terms and Conditions of Blendin
1. Policy
Check-in
Check-in is possible from 3:00 PM. If your room is already available, you may be able to check-in earlier, but we cannot guarantee this.
Check-out
You can check-out until 11:00 AM. If you have not vacated the room by 11:00 AM without prior consultation with us, we reserve the right to charge extra fees. In such cases, we may charge an additional night's stay.
Blendin has a luggage storage facility where we can store your luggage on the day of your departure. You can use this service free of charge until 3:00 PM.
Late Check-out
Subject to availability, you may be able to check-out later. Depending on the agreed-upon time, we may charge a fee for this service.
Age
Blendin can only accept reservations if the main booker is 18 years or older. If you are a minor and not travelling with someone who is 18 years or older, Blendin reserves the right to deny you access to the hotel.
Room Occupancy, Children, and Extra Beds
Blendin only offers double rooms. Some rooms may have space for a baby cot. There is no room for extra beds in the rooms.
If your booked room has space for a baby cot, we can provide a maximum of one baby cot based on availability.
Pets
Pets are not allowed.
No Smoking
Smoking is prohibited in our hotel. Smoking in the room, on the balconies, and room terraces is not allowed. Violation of this rule may result in a fine of €150 (one hundred fifty euros). Tampering with the smoke alarm is prohibited and may result in a fine of €250 (two hundred fifty euros). Fines will be charged directly to your credit card.
Tourist Tax
Blendin is obligated to pass on the locally applicable tourist tax rate to you. This tax may vary by municipality and can be adjusted on a yearly basis. The price may differ if you made your reservation well in advance.
Parking
Parking is available on a public parking lot, subject to availability and payment of the applicable rate.
Lost and Found
You accept and agree that Blendin cannot be held liable for lost, damaged, or stolen items. If you leave something in the hotel, it is your own responsibility to retrieve it. All our rooms have a safe.
Wifi
Our wireless network is provided as is, without any implicit or explicit warranties. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted, fast, secure, or error-free access to our wireless network, or that it will meet your internet requirements.
We are not responsible for the security, integrity, accuracy, or completeness of information you transmit or receive through our wireless network.
We provide our wireless network to you on our terms. Your access may be blocked, suspended, or terminated without reason.
What you are not allowed to do:
- Use our wireless network for illegal or prohibited purposes.
- Use our wireless network to host a website or other server, send or enable bulk emails, or collect personal data of third parties without permission.
- Exceed the normal bandwidth that would be reasonable for the period of your use of our wireless network.
- Resell or attempt to resell our wireless network to a third party
We keep technical records of your usage to measure the performance of our system, maintain our system, record crimes, and secure our system. Personal data collected from you for the use of our wireless network will be processed as described in our Privacy Policy. By using our wireless network, you automatically agree to the processing of your data.
Filming and Photography
Making audiovisual recordings, photo or film shoots, and displaying or distributing images, including those of the hotel buildings, are only allowed with prior permission. This does not apply to recordings intended for private use. It is not permitted to photograph or film guests, employees, and other visitors without permission, including for private use.

2. Payment
Blendin offers different rates. The rates agreed upon at the time of booking apply to your reservation. Payment to Blendin can only be made in the local currency. The use of meals, drinks, or other additional services is not included in the room rate unless agreed upon and confirmed in advance.
Depending on the chosen rate, we will charge the agreed-upon room rate and other services included in your reservation 48 hours prior to arrival via your credit card. Special offers may have different payment terms, which will always be clearly stated on the website.
At Blendin, you can only pay for your online reservation with a credit card. We accept the following credit cards: Mastercard, VISA, AMEX, DINERS.
If your credit card is declined, we reserve the right to cancel the entire reservation. The credit card provided during booking must be presented during check-in, and the cardholder must be able to identify themselves with a legally recognized valid identification document.
Upon request, we will send your invoice to the email address you used when making the reservation. The invoice cannot be modified after departure.
3. Cancellation, Modification, No-Show, Early Departure
Individual Reservations
The cancellation policy applies as described for the chosen rate.
To avoid any confusion, a cancellation must also be confirmed by email.
If you do not use your reservation and fail to cancel (no-show), the full reservation value will be charged. Any subsequent nights will be canceled by us immediately.
Group Reservations
Bookings of 4 rooms or more are considered group bookings. For these bookings, full payment of the reservation amount is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed upon and stated in your reservation confirmation. In case of cancellation or no-show, the full reservation value will be charged as cancellation fees unless otherwise agreed upon in writing during booking.
Important: Please inform us in advance if you will arrive at the property after 7:00 PM. Reserved rooms without check-in by 2:00 AM will be marked as no-show. We will assume that you will not be coming. All subsequent nights of your reservation will be canceled at that time; the room may not be available the next day.
Please inform us immediately if you need to cut short your stay with us. The cancellation policy applies as described for the chosen rate.
4. Damage to the Hotel
If you or your fellow travelers cause damage to the room or the hotel during your stay, or if items are taken from the room, the costs of repair or replacement will be charged to your credit card.
5. Information
The Blendin website and other Blendin communication channels are solely for providing information. We take great care to ensure the accuracy, timeliness, and completeness of this information. However, mistakes can happen, and therefore, the content of this website is not legally binding.
6. Privacy
Blendin collects data about you during the booking process and your stay. This data is processed as described in our Privacy Policy and in accordance with the applicable GDPR laws and regulations.
7. Additional Terms and Conditions
In addition to these general terms and conditions, the Uniform Conditions for the Hotel and Catering Industry (UVH) apply to all reservations and transactions. (Link: uniforme-voorwaarden-horeca-nederlands-v3.pdf - khn.nl)
In case of inconsistencies, the Blendin General Terms and Conditions prevail.
